This hybrid role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate finance at a leading publicly traded REIT. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for corporate and property-level finance
Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders
Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and capital allocation
Prepare deliverables for quarterly earnings calls, including Q&A preparation and investor relations support
Perform additional duties as assigned in connection with management of development, redevelopment, tenant improvement and capital expenditure projects and tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Accounting, Portfolio Management, and Investments to provide financial analysis and support strategic decision-making
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in models, reports, and analysis to support sound business decisions
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
3+ year of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, real estate finance, or a related field
Advanced in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data and present findings
Experience with financial reporting and analyzing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows

Experience in real estate investment trusts (REITs) or commercial real estate finance
Knowledge of financial reporting systems (e.g., MRI, Yardi, PowerBI)
Familiarity with real estate finance concepts, capital allocation, and development / redevelopment processes
Competitive benefit package and pay rate commensurate with experience: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, plus generous cash incentives
