POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Healthpeak is seeking a full-time Operations Support Associate for an immediate, temporary assignment of approximately 4 - 5 months to assist our Operations team with several system migrations and associated special projects. Job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Collaborate with real estate operations, property management, asset management, capital management, leasing and legal teams to assist with the implementation of new processes and systems
  • Assist operations team on projects involving analytics of property spend, systems reporting, and presentations
  • Audit support in tracking certificates of insurance and contract compliance
  • Sort and prepare data and documents for systems migrations
  • Participate in special projects which are often focused on policy and procedure, process improvements which result in reducing operating costs, creating efficiencies, and increasing organization or tracking data
WHEN and WHERE
The Operations Support Associate is a full-time, temporary position. You'll enjoy splitting your time between our stunning corporate office located in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward, and having two days of work site flexibility after training. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma required, an associate's degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred
  • Demonstrated time management skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • Must be independent, resourceful, self-motivated, and disciplined
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Must be tech savvy. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Experience with Yardi preferred
  • An adaptability and willingness to learn new web-based programs used for day-to-day property operations, accounting, capital and asset management
